Please read the following Terms & Conditions which outline our obligations to you and your responsibilities to us.

You can make a booking online, over the phone or by completing a booking form.

Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit card using PayPal.

You may pay in full, or pay a deposit of £200, to make a booking.

Upon receipt of any payment a confirmation invoice will be e-mailed and posted to you.

Upon receipt of full payment a ticket and receipt will be posted to you and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

 

Full payment must be received by OzIntro no later than 28 days prior to departure.

If you are booking within 28 days of departure, full payment must be made at the time of booking.

 

If the balance is not received 28 days prior to the departure date, cancellation is assumed.

We understand that sometimes plans change.

So if, after you have made a booking, you wish to change your date of departure you can!

An administrative fee of £25 is applicable.

If you wish to change your flight departure or return date you will be subject to the Terms & Conditions of your travel agent.

If you need to cancel your booking you must do so in writing (by mail or e-mail).

 

If you cancel your booking the following charges will apply:

- For cancellations received more than 28 days prior to departure the deposit will be lost.

- For cancellations received less than 28 days prior to departure full payment will be lost.

 

No cancellation fees will be waived as a result of injury or sickness. However, you may be able to have any cancellation fees refunded by your Travel Insurance company - subject to their terms.

 

If OzIntro need to cancel a trip due to circumstances beyond our control and you are unable to go at an

alternative time, you will be entitled to a full refund.

We will not be responsible for the costs of any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellation or rescheduling.

 

Refunds will be made to you within 14 days of any cancellation.

OzIntro is not a Travel Agent. We act solely as a Tour Operator.

We work closely with the Group Bookings Department at Real Traveller and recommend them as Travel Agents.

All bookings with Travel Agents and Airlines are subject to the Terms and Conditions and Limitations of Liability imposed by them.

They will provide you with their own Terms & Conditions. We encourage you to read them.

OzIntro will be making your Visa application on your behalf. We will contact you prior to doing this to discuss exactly how the process works and to ascertain which Visa you require.

If, for some reason your Visa application is declined, The Australian Department of Immigration do not issue refunds. Therefore, we will not be able to refund the cost of your application either. (£70 for a Working Holiday Visa.)

The Department of Immigration may require additional information from you to process your visa application. If this happens we will inform you of what you need to do. However, it will be your responsibility to provide them with the information and arrange any medical appointments if requested.

OzIntro will take no responsibility for delayed or declined visa applications.

We advise you not to make any non-changeable travel arrangements before your visa has been granted.

Sometimes it rains in Australia. So we might have to change the itinerary. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to offer a particular activity, we will replace it with a different activity of equal or greater value.

OzIntro will not be held responsible for any loss or theft of baggage or belongings. Travel Insurance is recommended.

We know that everyone wants to have a good time.

All we ask is that you agree to comply with the authority and decisions of the OzIntro Crew. We reserve the right to ask anyone who is deliberately not complying, or causing trouble, to leave the group.

In the event you are asked to leave the group no refund will be given and you will have no claim against OzIntro.

We cannot be held responsible for any loss as a result of failure of any third-parties (including Airlines, Tour Operators & Hoteliers), however we will give every reasonable assistance in helping you to resolve any dispute.

 

The responsibility of OzIntro as a Tour Operator is limited. We are not liable for any personal injury, death, damage, loss, accident or delay which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any vehicle, or through the acts of default of any company or person engaged in conveying you or carrying out the arrangements of the tour or otherwise in connection therewith.

We hate junk mail. So we won’t ever e-mail you unless it’s for a necessary, legitimate reason.

And we won’t give your e-mail address or personal information to anyone else. Cause that ain’t cool.
